I always seem to back Morikawa in the right Tournaments, so hopefully he can continue my good run when backing him, I advised Morikawa in the Workday Charity Open and in the PGA Championship when he won both last year,
He goes into today’s final round with a 2 stroke lead, I advised him at 40/1 and he is now 13/8
The NAP looks nailed on for Morikawa to finish in the top 20 at 11/8, he is on -15 with 20th place on -5
We also have Morikawa top 10 at 16/5, now 1/50 and Brookes Koepka top 10 at 12/5, Brookes is currently tied 2nd on -13 and is now 1/20 for a top 10 finish,
Also need good 4th rounds from Hatton and IM but a Morikawa win would more than make up for those bets,

The game was listed as Leiknir vs Fjolnir when I placed the bets , about 2 minutes before kick off they voided and changed the listing to Fjolnir vs Leiknir. Iv had bets voided in the past when they ‘list’ it incorrectly , but as far as I can tell the original listing was actually the correct one ? As in home/away sides …
Ultimately, they can do what they want but that’s not good practice on their part.

For what it’s worth, I’ll get onto them now and back things up via a few emails. See how far up the chain I can get.

River Plate are by far the bigger team and have a much better pedigree and history but I can’t see that they justify a 1/3 ‘on’ price tag!
Platense may be no competition in the reputation stakes but the present cares little for reputation and, on current form, Platense look a huge price at 9/1.
I wouldn’t necessarily recommend taking on the win as a main bet but a price that big certainly brings the h/cap markets into the equation; the hosts have won their last 5 matches back to back and are 12 without a loss in all competitions…some record that.
But, it’s the fact that they don’t concede many and have had some great results and held their own against teams that River Plate have, themselves, struggled to put to bed that seals the deal for me.
