Catching leaders Bayern Munich looks like a tall order, with Borussia 11 points adrift after Vincent Kompany's men thrashed Wolfsburg 8-1 at the weekend.
Too many draws have hindered Dortmund and they've had stalemates in two of their last three Bundesliga matches.
But they're 3/8 favourites tonight at home to a Werder Bremen side who have gone five games without a victory.
Werder have fired blanks in their last two so a home win to nil tonight could offer some value at 13/8 with Bet365.
Jens Stage should anchor the Bremen midfield and looks a decent candidate for a card at 5/2 with Ladbrokes after picking up three yellows this term.
