After producing one of the matches of the season with Eintracht, Borussia Dortmund head back home to Signal Iduna Park to try and get their first win of the year against an out-of-form Werder Bremen, who are winless since early November.
The Prussians were seconds away from losing at Eintracht if not for their super sub Carney Chukwuemeka, whose effort in the 96th minute won Dortmund the point.
Fortunately for BVB, RB Leipzig and Bayer Leverkusen both lost their fixtures, so this draw can still be counted as a small victory, and they remain second in the league.
The Prussians can feel confident ahead of this tricky clash with Werder Bremen, as they are one of two teams still unbeaten at home this season.
As for the River Islanders, their season is getting worse and worse, with their last league win coming more than two months ago in early November.
The problems at Werder Bremen are twofold – their attack is one of the least productive in the league, while their defense ranks fifth in terms of goals conceded so far.
How the bookies view it: Heavily one-sided
The bookmakers are not giving the visitors any chance, with Borussia Dortmund having a huge advantage in the odds, as in almost every home game.
Right now, you can back Borussia Dortmund at 7/20, while Werder Bremen are available at 13/2. The draw also offers high odds of 17/4.
Recent head-to-head: They split the points twice last season
Werder Bremen have struggled greatly in their matches against Borussia Dortmund for many years now, boasting only two wins in their last 10 H2Hs. In comparison, the Prussians have six wins.
However, it should be noted that both matches last season ended in a draw, with the equivalent match being an exciting 2-2. It is also interesting that Dortmund have won only two of their last five home games against this opponent, more often defeating them as visitors.
Players to watch: Beier can make it three in a row
Given the poor form of Borussia Dortmund star Serhou Guirassy, other young players are managing to shine, and Maximilian Beier did so again against Eintracht.
The 23-year-old German scored the opening goal and was subsequently named man of the match. Dortmund have yet to lose a game in which he has scored this season.

Probable line-ups
Borussia Dortmund: Kobel, Anton, Can, Schlotterbeck, Ryerson, Sabitzer, Nmecha, Svensson, Adeyemi, Brandt, Guirassy
Werder Bremen: Backhaus, Sugawara, Pieper, Stark, Schmidt, Stage, Lynen, Puertas, Schmid, Njinmah, Milosevic
Anything else catch the eye?
Signal Iduna Park is clearly the stadium where it is most difficult to score a goal in the current campaign, as Borussia Dortmund have conceded only four in their seven home games.
Given Werder Bremen's poor form and three consecutive games without scoring, we expect the hosts to keep a clean sheet and win three important points.
However, we would definitely not risk betting on high goal lines, as Dortmund do not score many goals at home – only 13 in 7 games.
