The UEFA Women's Champions League group phase kicks off tonight and Manchester City have a tough opener away to Bayern Munich.
The Germans finished fourth in the 18-team table last season and blazed a trail all the way to the semi-finals before losing to eventual winners Barcelona.
But City also reached the quarter-finals in their last crack at Europe two seasons ago so the stage is set for a blockbuster clash in Munich.

Manchester City Women's form couldn't be much better heading into the Champions League, with three wins out of three so far in the Women's Super League.
But Bayern Munich also have a perfect record in Germany, winning five out of five, and Bet365 make them 19/20 favourites with home advantage tonight.
The Germans won every home game in the league phase last term, including a 3-2 triumph over Arsenal, so I'm going to combine a Bayern win with over 1.5 goals at 21/20.
Every Bayern Munich home game in last season's league phase saw three or more goals and women's European fixtures tend to be more high-scoring.
So the 11/10 on offer at Bet365 for over 1.5 first-half strikes also looks worth a punt.
Arsenal Women vs HB Koge Women
Arsenal lost their European crown last season and kick off a new Champions League campaign with a home match against HB Koge tonight.
The ambitious Danish side are in the group stage for just the second time in their history and it's a daunting opener for them.
They were in the same section as the Gunners five years ago but ended up suffering 3-0 and 5-1 defeats as they struggled to cope with a step up in class.
The bookies have written the Danes off tonight, with HB Koge 22/1 win Bet365 for a win in London.
Arsenal are tiny at 1/11 but they haven't made a great start in the Super League, with one win and two draws in their three games so far.
The Gunners have only managed to score twice across those three games so I'm going to combine the home win with under 3.5 goals at evens with Bet365.
Most of Arsenal's forwards are odds-on for a goal but attacking midfielder Chloe Kelly is 11/10 for anytime scorer and that could be a decent option.
Clachnacuddin vs Ross County
There's some Challenge Cup ties in Scotland tonight and the most intriguing tie sees in-form Ross County take on Highland League side Clachnacuddin.
The Staggies have suffered back-to-back relegations in the last two seasons but have come flying out the traps in League One.
They sit top after winning six and drawing one of their seven games so far and County have only lost twice in 16 games in all competitions.
One of them came in their last Challenge Cup game, with Aberdeen's kids beating them 4-3 in Dingwall, but Ross County have won their other two fixtures so far in the league phase.
Another triumph tonight would leave them in a strong position to qualify and Bet365 price Stuart Kettlewell's side at just 1/7.
I'm expecting County to make plenty of changes but they should still be too strong for Highland League opposition.
Combining the away win with over 3.5 goals pays 21/20 at Bet365 and that should stand a decent chance.
