They conceded against Norway and Senegal before being involved in a remarkable 6-4 defeat to England in the third-place play-off.
Turkey will be determined to respond to their disappointing group-stage exit, though they did finish their campaign with a 3-2 victory over the USA.
Both teams should play on the front foot in Izmit, making BTTS an appealing option.
