Seeking to hit the ground running in the new edition of the Nations League, Norway and Denmark will square off at the Ullevaal Stadion on Thursday night.
After reaching their first World Cup in almost three decades, Norway emerged as one of the tournament’s surprise packages by progressing to the quarter-finals.
By contrast, Denmark missed out entirely and will be looking to bounce back with a strong showing in the Nations League as they begin laying the foundations for their bid to reach Euro 2028.

Denmark saw their qualification campaign end in disappointment and conceded at least twice against both Belarus and Scotland in their final two qualifiers, so Norway look well placed to make the net bulge on Thursday night.
Rasmus Hojlund To Commit 1+ Foul
Rasmus Hojlund to commit at least one foul completes my Bet Builder double. The Denmark striker plays with plenty of intensity and physicality, an approach that can regularly land him on the wrong side of the referee.
Hojlund averaged 1.71 fouls per game during Denmark’s World Cup qualifying campaign and committed at least one in five of his seven appearances. He has since been penalised three times across his last two Serie A outings for Napoli and committed multiple fouls in their recent 1-0 Champions League defeat to Arsenal.
Hojlund is likely to engage in a direct battle with Torbjorn Heggem, who drew three fouls across Norway’s final two World Cup qualifiers, further strengthening the case for this selection.
