Thursday’s football tips: Roma good value at 5/4 to pile on the pain for new Celtic boss Nancy

New Celtic gaffer Wilfried Nancy is already coming under fire after losing his first game and faces a tough task bouncing back with a win over Roma at Parkhead in the UEFA Europa League tonight.

Some of the reaction to Sunday's 2-1 defeat by Hearts has been ridiculously over the top with a few pundits and fans already writing the Frenchman off.

But it's clear there will be some teething troubles as he implements a new style of play and that could play into Roma's hands tonight in Glasgow.

Celtic vs Roma top betting tips

Roma aren't in great form themselves, having lost two in a row in Serie A, but they eased to a 2-0 win over Rangers at Ibrox earlier in the Europa League.

Ferencvaros vs Rangers

Danny Rohl has improved Rangers' domestic results since taking the reins from Russell Martin but they continue to look ragged in the Europa League and now face in-form Ferencvaros in Hungary.

Gers finally got a point on the board last time out against Braga but it felt like a defeat after they blew a 1-0 lead against a side reduced to 10 men.

Ferencvaros are unbeaten in their five Europa League games and will be desperate for another win tonight as they look to seal a last-16 place.
