The race for Champions League places is coming to a climax in the Premier League and there’s a six-pointer tonight as Chelsea host Manchester United.
Despite losing at home to Leeds on Monday night, the Red Devils remain in a strong position, seven points clear of sixth-placed Chelsea.
But if the Blues can get back to winning ways at Stamford Bridge it would fire the battle for a top-five finish wide open.
Chelsea vs Manchester United top betting tips
Liam Rosenior’s promising start as Chelsea boss seems like an eternity ago with the Blues on a dismal run of form.
They’ve lost five of their last six in all competitions and their only victory during that spell came against League One Port Vale in the FA Cup.
A dodgy defence is hurting Rosenior, with Everton, PSG and Manchester City all scoring three times against them in the last four matches.
United also have injury and suspensions issues at the back so going for goals at both ends could pay off tonight.
Combining BTTS and over 2.5 goals only pays 4/5 at Ladbrokes but over 1.5 first-half goals is better at 13/10 with StarSports.

Two Brazilians could sprinkle a bit of stardust and combining shots on target for Matheus Cunha and Joao Pedro pays 115/100 at Unibet.
Tottenham Hotspur vs Brighton and Hove Albion
Roberto De Zerbi has inherited a Spurs side in crisis and badly needs a win over old club Brighton and Hove Albion tonight.
The Italian lost 1-0 at Sunderland on his Tottenham dugout debut and that has left them stuck in the drop zone, two points adrift of safety.
They now host a Seagulls side who have been flying under Fabian Hurzeler, with five wins in their last six games.
De Zerbi will know all about the Brighton squad as most of them played under him but can he get this demoralised group of Spurs stars to shake a leg?
Tottenham are as big as 9/5 with some firms but backing a tight game looks like the best option and the half-time draw appeals at 7/5 with QuinnBet.
Spurs won 10-2 on the corner count when these sides drew 2-2 in Brighton earlier in the season. So it could pay to back De Zerbi’s side at –1 in the corner handicap today, which pays a decent 5/4 at William Hill.
Dunfermline Athletic vs Falkirk
It’s Scottish Cup semi-final weekend and Championship side Dunfermline Athletic will be out to claim another top-flight scalp when they face Falkirk at Hampden.
Neil Lennon’s side have already knocked Hibs and Aberdeen out of the Cup during a memorable run so they won’t hold any fears about facing the Bairns.
Just three years ago, these sides were battling it out for the League One title but Falkirk now find themselves in the top flight after back-to-back promotions.
They’ve secured a top-half finish and have been playing some lovely football so that’s why they’re just 4/6 at Bet365 for a win in 90 minutes today.
But these sides have a fierce rivalry so it could be a tight game and the half-time draw appeals again at 11/8 with BetMGM.
Falkirk striker had a productive loan spell in Dunfermline earlier this season before returning to his parent club in January.
He’s now dazzling in the top flight, with six goals in his last six games, so looks worth a punt for a semi-final strike at 29/20 with StarSports.

Newcastle v Bournemouth
Bournemouth to win at 11/5
Can’t Ignore Bournemouth this week they played Arsenal off the park at Arsenal last week and got a deserved win. Newcastle haven’t been great this season, I think there’s value on the away especially if Bournemouth set up the same way.
Chelsea v Man Utd
Chelsea to win at 11/10
Big H is out again for Man Utd as is Yoro so that leaves yernited light at the back, Chelsea should win.
Man City v Arsenal
Under 2.5 goals at 4/5 (NAP)
Watching Arsenal in recent weeks must have been pretty drab for their fans as their football has been awful, and what must be truly worrying for them is that Arsenal just aren’t scoring goals, they have lost all fluidity in attack and even opposition teams are stopping them at corners, to put it bluntly they have been found out. They come up against their title rivals in Man city who are scoring for fun which doesn’t bode well for
Arsenal when you consider they aren’t scoring goals. Arteta will go there and park the bus there’s no way they are going there to win the game, a draw would suit Arteta.
Prediction 2-0
Everton v Liverpool
Everton to win at 21/10
Liverpool have been awful this season and horrible to watch, we have to factor in Jota’s sad passing pre season as a contributing factor as not enough has been said about that and to top that off they will be without Ekitike for at least 13 months, Isak back Ekitike out and Isak isn’t even fit. Everton are playing the better football and it’s the first derby at the scaffold stadium, a game I’m not looking forward to.
Best of luck

No luck tonight either unsurprisingly. Pity you can’t get overs on the woodwork being hit. Counted Chelsea hitting it at least 3 times 😂
