Bold prediction, I’d be over the moon if we score as our forward players have been abysmal this season. Only real shining light is Maxwell Cornet who is rated 50/50 for this game due to fitness, he started the season playing LB for Lyon now he’s been thrown in as a second ST for us after initially starting on the left wing. He is our only real goal threat at the moment. I’d happily take a bore 0-0 draw before kickoff. Maybe Slabhead could do us a favour and knock one into his own net for us, he’s in that kind of form at the minute and we grind out a 1-0 win 🙏😎

Just to give some update for Porto vs Benfica. Benfica coach Jorge Jesus was sacked by the president Rui Costa. Jorge Jesus was out of the game against Porto due to punishment by the Portuguese League. Joao de Deus leaded the team in the last game. After the defeat and in the locker room, one Pizzi one of the captains talk to the players and the other staff, saying that they had to give much more for the club, and where going nowhere playing like this. On tuesday, before the training, Jorge Jesus confronted Pizzi with what did he mean by that, and sad that he was ruled out and would be put on transfer list. Rafa and Seferovic did no agree with the coach, and all the squad refused to train, and left Jorge Jesus alone. This episode resulted in Jorge Jesus being sacked, and Nelson Veríssimo from Benfica B is the new coach.
This could go either way. Or players will have much more motivation or will be a complete disaster. Otamendi is out being sent off the last game, and Grimaldo does have Covid.
In Porto they are total confident for this game, but the show man Luiz Dias is also out with Covid and Evanilson is out with Covid.

From what I saw tonight, United players look out of there depth in that 4-2-2-2 formation, poor passing rhythm and resorting to hopeful long balls. they’ve been lucky in the fact they’ve played us, Norwich & Newcastle since Rangnick took charge who have little quality in the final third on the counter. The latter game they were fortunate to get a point from, the top sides will tear them apart with the space they leave in behind. There’s no one essentially protecting the CBs in this system and I foresee some serious batterings before end of season if things don’t change.
