Derek McInnes has made a terrible start as Rangers boss so the last thing he needs right now is a long trip north to face old club Aberdeen.
Gers will miss out on European group stage football this season after a horror loss on penalties to Jablonec in the Conference League play-offs on Thursday.
They've also taken just a point from their first two SPFL Premiership fixtures so McInnes badly needs a win when he returns to Pittodrie for a tricky lunchtime kick-off.

Chelsea looked pretty impressive in their Premier League opener and they're odds-on favourites to make it two wins from two when Brighton come calling today.
Xabi Alonso's first competitive game in charge showcased Chelsea's flair but also their defensive vulnerability in a 3-2 win away to Fulham.
Brighton kicked off with a rousing 4-0 victory over Aston Villa then followed it up by beating Tromso by the same scoreline in the Conference League play-offs.

Morgan Rogers and Cole Palmer both impressed in Chelsea's opener and look to have formed an exciting forward line with Joao Pedro.

Manchester United vs Ipswich Town
All the optimism surrounding Manchester United this summer was washed away when they crashed to a 2-0 defeat at promoted Hull City in their Premier League opener.
The Red Devils will be desperate to bounce back with a win at Old Trafford today but it won't be easy against an Ipswich Town side who are also on a high after returning to the top flight.
The Tractor Boys kicked off with a win over Sunderland last weekend and will fancy their chances after watching Michael Carrick's side turn in such a poor display against the Tigers.
But Bet365 make Ipswich 13/2 outsiders and that's probably because Manchester United have won eight of their last nine at Old Trafford.

Ok, so I’ve resisted joining the conversation to now but it’s now time to say something.
I’ve been on this site for 14+ years and I’ve seen my fair share of good, bad and ugly tips. However good (or bad) the tips have been I’m pretty certain the tips have almost always been given in good faith.
I don’t doubt the recent tips from Ghapmaster are given with good intentions (I don’t see why someone would spend time writing up poor tips – the suggestion that if people ‘lumped on’ would mean you could back against just doesn’t work as you’d need a lot of extra money to make the shifts to make this worth happening!).
What I would say (however) is the staking suggested by this contributor is irresponsible (it doesn’t matter whether 1 pt = 1p, 10p. £1 or £10). The staking is basically “I’m down just over 70 points, my next evens bet needs to be around 70 points to break even…. and so on). The idea we’re now suggesting to bet over 20 times more than “main tip 1” on saturday (which was still higher than other “stakes” placed is crazy.
Now I think that most followers here already realise the staking is crazy; but I do worry that there will also be a vulnerable minority who will keep following to win money back. For the site admins, maybe consideration should be given to whether these tips should continue (bearing in mind that there are social and regulatory obligations to promote responsible behaviour as well as to protect the vulnberable. I think that, back in the days of Paul Jain, some form of moderation would have happened by now and I hope the latest post is the trigger for this to happen.
My final thought on the matter is that the “booms” remind me of a previous poster called Harpreet and some crazy bets. I’m getting a sense of Deja vu!
In terms of Ghapmaster’s approx 762 point loss (1105 points staked, 342.23 returned) let’s draw a line under this. I hope his tip for tonight wins (but I also hope that no-one follows in the proportions suggested versis previous stakes). I guess it has a chance – afterall, even a broken clock is right twice a day!
