Over 16,000 fans will be in attendance to witness either Manchester City or Chelsea be crowned champions of Europe in Porto on Saturday night.
For City it's an opportunity to reach the pinnacle of European football for the first time in the club's history, for the Blues, the chance to emulate the club's success in 2012 when they lifted the Champions League trophy at Bayern Munich's expense in their own back yard.
An all-English final might not be one for the traditionalists but there are a few notable sub-plots that will unfold as the match goes on.
Will Pep Guardiola add to his pair of Champions League winners medals from his time as manager at Barcelona? Or will Thomas Tuchel make it second-time lucky after losing out in last year's final while boss at PSG?
Will City complete historic treble? Or will the Blues put the diappointment of FA Cup final defeat behind them to win the ‘big one'?
No surprise to see the bookies make Pep's men favourites at 4/9 to lift the trophy (17/20 to win inside 90 mins). However Chelsea can draw inspiration from Villarreal who upset the odds to lift the Europe League trophy in midweek.

Czech game a big let down today but yesterday double landed to soften the blow. Well done winners
2 offerings from the 🇦🇺 A league tomorrow and first up Wellington Phoenix take on perth glory. The box played their first home game in more than a year last week and it showed with them smashing western 3-0 in a great performance and they’ve really went for it this week and took the match to Eden Park (home of the all blacks and biggest stadium in NZ) and with the backing of a raucous home support I can see them swatting the glory aside. Last meeting finished 3-0 to the nix and although it was technically a “home” game it was played in Australia and with the visitors being poor an the road AND having to travel from Western Australia to New Zealand I can see Wellington emerging victorious and scoring a couple of goals into the bargain to keep their top 6 holes alive. Perth have 2 away wins all season and both of those came in a 5 day spell at the end of jan/start of feb, and it would be a big shock if they got anything out of this with the circumstances I’ve explained. Home men for me.
