Friday’s football tips: Coventry City 21/20 to seal promotion with a win at Blackburn Rovers

Coventry City need just a point away to Blackburn Rovers tonight to rubberstamp their return to England's top flight after an absence of 25 years.

Frank Lampard's side are already pretty much home and hosed thanks to their goal difference but a draw tonight at Ewood Park would make it official.

There will be a carnival atmosphere in the away end but it won't be easy against a Rovers side who need the points in their battle against relegation.

Coventry City were hit with a bad case of the nerves in their last game as they could only draw 0-0 with rock-bottom Sheffield Wednesday at home.

That was their second scoreless stalemate in a row but I've a feeling they will get the job done tonight with a win and that pays 21/20 at Unibet.

Blackburn midfield Taylor Gardner-Hickman was carded in their last game against Southampton and that took his tally for the season to nine yellows.

Inter Milan vs Cagliari

Inter Milan are storming towards another Serie A title and it would be a big surprise if they stumbled at home to Cagliari tonight.

Leading champions Napoli by nine points with just six games remaining, it would take an almighty collapse for Inter to blow it now.

They also have a pretty kind run of fixtures and this clash sees them go up against a team sitting 16th in the table.

Cagliari are just six points above the drop zone and they're as big as 14/1 with BetVictor for a shock San Siro win.

Lens vs Toulouse

Lens have stumbled of late in the Ligue 1 title race but have the chance to close the gap on PSG to just a point by beating Toulouse at home tonight.

A stunning title triumph is beginning to look beyond Pierre Sage's side after losing two of their last three in the league.

They were thrashed 3-0 by Lille last time out and that has left them four points adrift of the champions, having also played a game more.

But Lens still have to host PSG in the penultimate game so all hope is not lost and they can apply some pressure with a win over Toulouse.

Toulouse sit mid-table so they might prioritise next Tuesday's cup tie, which makes backing Lens to be winning at half-time and full-time a decent option at 7/5 with BetMGM.

Odsonne Edouard scored twice in Lens' last home match and the former Celtic striker is 6/4 at Ladbrokes for over 1.5 shots on target tonight.
