England To Score 2+ (Thursday, 19:45)
England will fulfil their final home game in World Cup qualifying when they welcome Serbia to Wembley on Thursday night.
Having won each of their opening six group games, Thomas Tuchel’s team have already stamped their ticket to next year’s World Cup with two games to spare.
As for Serbia, they are involved in a straight shootout with Albania to determine who takes second spot in Group K.
The hosts have hit two or more goals in five of their six group games to date, and they can repeat the trick here given that they are unlikely to take their foot off the gas in front of an expectant home crowd.
France to Score 2+ (Thursday, 19:45)
France will be presented with the opportunity to secure top spot in World Cup qualifying Group D when they face Ukraine on Thursday night.
Didier Deschamps' side have posted three wins and one draw to date, with that stalemate coming against Iceland last time out.
While Ukraine have won their last two matches to move into second spot, a trip to the Parc des Princes will represent their toughest test to date.
Sergiy Rebrov’s team conceded two goals in the reverse fixture, and they should suffer the same fate in the French capital.
Italy to Score 3+ (Thursday, 19:45)
Italy will be aiming to make it five wins on the spin in World Cup qualifying when they meet Moldova on Thursday night.
After crashing to a heavy 3-0 loss at Norway on matchday one, the Azzurri have since amassed maximum points from their subsequent five matches to remain in contention for section honours.
In contrast, minnows Moldova are rooted to the bottom of Group I, with their solitary point to date coming courtesy of a 1-1 draw with Estonia.
Italy have racked up three or more goals in each of their last four victories, and another trio of strikes should be within range in Chisinau.
Portugal to Score 2+ (Thursday, 19:45)
Portugal will punch their ticket to next year’s World Cup if they can overcome the Republic of Ireland at the Aviva Stadium on Thursday night.
Roberto Martinez’s side are five points clear at the top of Group F despite drawing 2-2 when hosting Hungary in their most recent outing.
Meanwhile, Ireland boosted their bid for a play-off berth by edging out Armenia with a 1-0 victory at this venue last month.
Portugal have scored two or more goals in three of their opening four Group F fixtures, and another double may be needed if they are to get past the Boys in Green in Dublin.
