Those of a certain vintage might have cast their minds back almost 30 years ago when the full-time whistle blew at Goodison on Wednesday night with the score at 4-4.
It was the 20th Feb 1991 when Liverpool and Everton shared eight goals in what's widely thought of as the greatest Merseyside Derby ever played – and legend Kenny Dalglish's last match in the Reds' dugout.

Were looking much much better. I (and most Wolves fans) feel were turning a corner.
We look a lot more confident on the ball and with confidence comes attacking intent and creativity with our players which has been missing.
Most wolves fans before Arsenal and Leicester feared we wouldn’t pick a point up. We picked up 4. The 0-0 with Leicester was a great result. Theyre a good and well organised side and are top3 in the league. Id argue we had the better chances personally and caused them problems.
Weve shipped just 2 goals in the last 5 (including arsenal, Leicester and chelski). Granted weve not scored many. Saints have shipped 16.
Anyone who knows my posts on the wolves over the last few years knows im not biased and blinded by old gold coloured glasses.
Team News is usually an issue in the cup. Not sure what Southampton will do team wise. If there are any Saints fans it would be interesting to get a viewpoint. I suspect they may rest players ready for the league as they need to rescue the current slump.

Barnsley only won once last 5 games. Last 10 home games, 8 out of 10 (80%) have went over 1.5 goals. Barnsley have racked up a massive 73 fouls in their last 5 home games however only picked up 2 yellow cards in the process. I know not every foul is worth a yellow card but 1 yellow per 36.5 fouls in last 5 home games is unbelievable.
Since lampards departure, Chelsea have played 4, winning 3 and drawing the other 0-0. In the 4 games, they have racked up 43 fouls but surprisingly only picked up 4 yellow cards in the process, in which 3 came late on vs Spurs.
The man with the whistle tonight is Martin Atkinson. I’ve always been a believer that in the FA cup, the referees are a bit more patient with their cards. Nevertheless, looking back over the last 4 years in cup fixture – 4 times he’s has a Chelsea fixture and he’s dished out 4/4/3/4 cards.

Not going to pretend to know a lot about Tigres but I know these teams tend to have a bit of bite about them and Tigres have had at least 2 yellows in both of their previous games in this competition. And obviously they score goals for fun.
