Sunday’s football tips: Back both goalies to be busy at Anfield with a 13/8 bet

Pep Guardiola has a terrible record at Anfield but he'll need to find a way to beat Liverpool today if he's to keep Manchester City's Premier League title hopes alive.

Arsenal moved nine points clear with a win over Sunderland yesterday so the pressure is on for Guardiola's side to respond this afternoon.

But the City boss has led a team to Anfield 10 times and come out on top just once so he will need to buck that trend against the Premier League champions.

Both these teams have been incredibly unpredictable this season so this is a tricky one to call.

Liverpool are slight favourites at 13/10 with most terms while City are as big as 19/10 at Betfair, which seems fair enough based on their record at Anfield.

Guardiola's side also had an EFL Cup semi-final in midweek while the champions have had a full week to prepare so that could just give the Reds the edge.

Matches between these two are usually thrillers and it could be a busy day for the goalies. Combining over 2.5 saves for Gianluigi Donnarumma and Alisson pays 13/8 with Bet365.

Florian Wirtz is finally coming good for Liverpool and is starting to link up well with Hugo Ekitike. The German playmaker is 17/10 at William Hill for a goal or assist and that could offer some value.

Brighton and Hove Albion vs Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace are hovering a bit too close to the Premier League drop zone for comfort so they'll be desperate to get three points on the board against rivals Brighton today.

Morale is understandably low at Selhurst Park just now after a dismal run of 12 games without a win.

Skipper Marc Guehi has already jumped ship and boss Oliver Glasner has announced he's also quitting in the summer so these are worrying times for the Eagles.

They now face a Seagulls side who sit just three points above them in the Premier League but are in much better form, having lost just one of their last seven.

So it could be worth having a punt on Fabian Hurzeler's men at evens with Ladbrokes, although five of the last nine meetings have ended in draws.

This one could be spicy and combining fouls for Carlos Baleba, Daniel Munoz and Adam Wharton pays 111/100 at Ladbrokes.

Rangers vs Queen's Park

Queen's Park will be hoping lightning strikes twice in the Scottish Cup today as they head to Ibrox looking to repeat last year's shock win over Rangers.

The Spiders might feel fate is smiling on them after they lost to Stranraer in the last round, only to receive a reprieve when the Blues were kicked out for fielding an ineligible player.

But it's hard to see them springing another surprise against a Rangers team who have been in good form under Danny Rohl.

Queen's Park are as big as 30/1 with Paddy Power while the best price for a home win is just 1/14 with Ladbrokes.

Rangers scored five against Kilmarnock in midweek but that was against 10 men and most of the goals came late on.

The Spiders were probably set up to frustrate so try backing most goals in the second half today at 20/21 with Bet365.

New signing Andreas Skov Olsen got off the mark in midweek and the Danish winger looks good at 11/8 with William Hill for another strike here.
