Palace head into this clash on the back of an impressive 3-0 win over Fiorentina in the Europa Conference League on Thursday night, while Newcastle have been left stewing for a number of weeks after suffering a 2-1 defeat at home to arch-rivals Sunderland last time out.

As for Crystal Palace, they tend to adopt a more safety-first approach and are often content to sit deep and absorb pressure, which naturally leads to them conceding corners. Oliver Glasner's side are facing an average of 4.83 corners per game in the Premier League this season, and they’ve been forced to defend at least four flag kicks in recent outings against Manchester United and Tottenham, where they gave up seven and six respectively.
Anthony Gordon 2+ Shots
I’m opting for a player-based selection to round off the Bet builder in the shape of Anthony Gordon to attempt two or more shots. The Newcastle forward has been pulling the trigger with notable frequency in the Premier League this season, averaging a sizeable 2.43 shots per game. A closer look shows that Gordon has attempted at least two efforts in each of his last seven top-flight outings, notably registering three or more attempts in five of those matches.
It's also worth noting that the Magpies forward averaged 3.04 shots per 90 across his 12 appearances in this season's Champions League.
The fact that Gordon tends to be on penalty kick duty only adds to the appeal of including this option in the Bet Builder.
Together, these selections bring about a 4/5 double that looks good value.
