Barcelona To Score 2+ (Wednesday, 20:00)
Fresh from locking horns in La Liga at the weekend, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid now renew hostilities in a Champions League quarter-final first leg on Wednesday night.
Hansi Flick’s side edged a hard-fought 2-1 victory in the Spanish capital on Saturday, a result that moved them seven points clear at the summit of La Liga.
Barcelona have scored two or more goals in nine of their 10 Champions League matches this season, suggesting they are well-equipped to breach Atleti’s backline at least twice again on Wednesday night.
It’s also worth noting that Diego Simeone’s side have conceded multiple goals in seven of their 12 continental outings this term – a trend that hardly bodes well ahead of their trip to Camp Nou.
PSG To Score 2+ (Wednesday, 20:00)
Paris Saint-Germain will be looking to pile more misery on Liverpool when they meet at the Parc des Princes in a Champions League quarter-final first leg tie on Wednesday night.
Arne Slot's side will arrive in the French capital off the back of a 4-0 thumping at the hands of Man City in the FA Cup on Saturday.
The Reds have also lost and conceded multiple goals in recent Premier League away games at both Wolves and Brighton, so they could struggle to contain a star-studded PSG side.
Luis Enrique's men have racked up multiple goals in each of their last four Champions League outings, and they look well placed to repeat the trick against a toiling Liverpool team.
Porto To Score 1+ (Thursday, 20:00)
Porto and Nottingham Forest will face off in an intriguing Europa League quarter-final first leg at the Estadio do Dragao on Thursday night.
The Portuguese heavyweights took an impressive step towards securing what would be a third Europa League title by making light work of Stuttgart in the previous round with a 4-1 aggregate success.
Francesco Farioli’s side are also leading the way in the Primeira Liga and have notably lost just once this season.
The Dragons have hit the back of the net in nine of their 10 Europa League outings this term, and they can fire in at least one goal against a Nottingham Forest side that is without a clean sheet in four of their six continental away matches this term.
Strasbourg To Score 1+ (Thursday, 20:00)
Mainz and Strasbourg will face off in the first leg of their Europa Conference League quarter-final tie at the Mewa Arena on Thursday night.
The Bundesliga outfit are firm favourites to secure a first-leg lead, which is slightly surprising given that their French opponents are among the outright favourites to win the competition.
However, that presents an opportunity to back Strasbourg to strike at least once in Germany on Thursday night.
The Blue and Whites have made the net bulge in each of their eight Europa League outings this season, and they can extend that sequence to nine against a Mainz side that has failed to keep the back door shut in five of their last six Bundesliga matches.
