Both of Sunday's selections were winners, capping off a decent week, which had five winners in total from ten picks.
I was a little concerned throughout the Crackerjacque race. His jumping wasn't great on his hurdling debut, but his class showed in the end, as he managed to pull well clear of the field.
Just Over Land also didn't put in a clean round of jumping, but managed to get the job done in a thrilling finish.
The leader was starting to come back to the rest of the field, and I think if he jumped the last cleanly, Just Over Land would've got to him anyway.
Unfortunately, the horse fell and nearly brought down my selection. Somehow, the jockey managed to galvanise JOL after the last and got him up just in time.
Siam Park 11/4 (1pt) – Plumpton 1.50
I fully expect the price of Siam Park to be lower than it would've been if Joe Tizzard hadn't had five winners on Sunday. However, that's the world of horse racing betting. Punters and bookies latch onto trends, so he'll be shorter than he probably should be.
Despite that, I think Siam Park has a fantastic chance of continuing the hot streak of Joe Tizzard. Brendan Powell isn't on board, as he is at Exeter, where Joe has multiple runners. Instead, we have Jack Tudor in the saddle.
Jack has already ridden Siam Park to a victory, so he knows the horse well. The horse managed to win three chase races on the bounce last year.
I can see why some people would believe that he is in the grips of the handicapper after not winning on his last two runs, but I see it differently.
The run behind Shakeyatailfeather reads as strong form. The winner has improved 16lbs since that day, and has recently won a Class 2 at Kelso.
Last time out on seasonal reappearance at Newton Abbot, Siam Park looked in need of the run. He got tired late in the race, and the distance behind the winner doesn't tell the full story.

If there is a horse on a tempting mark in this race, it's definitely Kamaxos, and that's the reason I'm giving him a go.
When tipping horses up every day, you do tend to forget what horses you tipped years ago, but I'm fairly certain I stuck up Kamaxos last year when this horse won at Sandown on soft ground for Roger Teal.
His form since that win has gone down quite rapidly, and he is now trained by Charlie Longsdon. I think it's interesting that there was a huge amount of money for him on his stable debut, but he didn't perform whatsoever.
He went off as the 9/4F 25 days ago, so new connections must have felt he was back to form and was going to be ready first time out. Evidently, things didn't work out like they were expecting, but I like it when there is money down on a horse, and I think he deserves a chance of redeeming himself.
We know he is on a good handicap mark and is getting a solid 7lb claimer, knocking off further weight. Not only that, he handles the soft ground, and Charlie has had a couple of winners in the last fortnight.
