THERE are five British teams in action on Thursday and all have a chance of winning.
Wolves entertain Espanyol, Celtic head to Copenhagen, Rangers welcome Braga, Arsenal go to Olympiakos and Man United travel to Bruges. The fivefold is clearly a long shot at 53-1 with Marathonbet.
The more likely winners are Wolves and Celtic while Rangers and Arsenal have the toughest tasks.

Other standout ties include Eintracht Frankfurt vs Red Bull Salzburg, Getafe vs Ajax and Ludogorets vs tournament favourites Inter.
My only bet on Wednesday was a treble that won at 13-5 thanks to Leipzig not to lose at Spurs, over 2.5 goals at Atalanta and under 3.5 at Kilmarnock v Aberdeen which was 1-1 after 90 minutes. For once it landed without a sweat.
Well done to all the other winners including Greg on what essentially was a pretty quiet night.

Does anyone remember the text messages going around back in 2011 regarding the Chinese year of moneybags? I used to get a lot of them but never took it seriously even though I can be quite superstitious. The messages were emphasising on the rare sequence of dates that would occur that year. Those were 1/1/11, 11/1/11 in January and 1/11/11, 11/11/11 in November.
Today’s date reads 20/2/20 or 20/02/20 and earlier in the month it was 2/2/20 or 02/02/20.
I didn’t get any messages or saw any circulating regarding this.

We’ll not lose to Copenhagen Macca. We’ve hit serious form again, winning well away in Europe this season and they’ve just sold their top striker to Astana. Also think Rangers will get a draw.

I like the price mr f on Copenhagen which is to good to pass up considering the nature of the tie,there isn’t anything between the two sides imo and a narrow home win for me,Celtic will probably qualify by winning the home tie.Rangers aren’t scoring enough goals and that’s something Gerrard must address in the summer and he’s far to cautious,Braga are used to playing such sides that are even more stubborn defensively than Rangers and they have no problem scoring goals.Away win for me.

Wolves partially rested Adama Traore and Joao Moutinho vs Leicester. Traore and Moutinho came on in 2nd half, played 26 mins and 19 mins respectively. Espanyol new signing from Benfica Raul de Tomas is sidelined with injury. Tomas scored 4 goals in the 4 La Liga games he has appeared in. Lastly, with Espanyol placing more interest in surviving La Liga, Aberlado may make some changes with an eye towards Sunday game with Valladolid away. Picking Wolves to win with -1 Asian handicapped may be a good idea.
But Espanyol have been poor in La liga and seem to be doing well in the Europa league? They should be prioritising league survival. What is going on?
Aberlado is the 3rd manager for this season and seems to have done a better job than the other previous 2. January signings of January additions of Raul de Tomas, Leandro Cabrera and Adri Embarba seemed to have helped. Tomas has provided the goals so if he is not playing tonite, that would be a huge boost. Espanyol’s Eropa opponents were weaker teams like Ferencvarosi, Ludogorets and CSKA Moskow. Yes, I agree Espanyol should focus on surviving the league. Hence I expect Wolves to win.
Not the best d at the tennis yesterday but onwards and upwards. Nakashima won another rankings mismatch as predicted but Dustin Brown rediscovered some magic to let me down.
Today I like the look of Sabalenka to power past Halep, Hughes Herbert to upset Augur Aliassime, and Gerasimov to trouble Goffin. I think I will be going for a straight Sabalenka win paired with Gerasimov, either on handicap or straight up. Will give it all a little more thought.

I watched Salzburg v LASK on Friday and while still looking very dangerous going forward without haaland and minamino, they were atrocious at the back.
Gerrard has been unbeaten in all 14 European games at Ibrox winning 10 of them. Already beaten both Feyenoord and fellow Portuguese side Porto in the group stage this season. However we haven’t started well after our winter break and Braga are the form team in Portugal beating Benfica and Porto away and beating Porto in a cup final. Will be a hard game this evening in an amazing atmosphere and a tricky pitch. if I was having a bet I’d fancy the draw.
I could see a draw – Rangers will need to be at their best to win.

Inter Milan have played 10 games since after the beginning of the year and L.Razgard have just played 2, there’s already chemistry with the Inter team and they hold the best away record in their league which was tainted a little over the weekend but I see Inter edging it, their next game is on Sunday to Sampdoria at home.
Manchester United definitely played a good game over the week, hitting 2 against Chelsea, another travel for them and I’m pretty certain the team will have a few changes, Club Brugge have netted in their last 6 home games and they’ll take the Manchester United game seriously cause of the teams name, last meeting was 4+ years ago both going over 2.5, I’m sensing a BTS bet here

Morelos has been excellent in the Europa League this season score 6 in the Group Stages. He score a few headers this season including 2 against Feyenoord. It’ll be a tough with Braga flying and our form being poor since the Winter Break but Europe has brought the best out of the players and management this season. There are great tipsters here, been following this site a long time…but most cloud their minds to not remembering a bet is based on sheer ‘luck’ after putting into consideration the statistics. We all have Our unlucky days, something pushes You to add a game which will go wrong and then the others You would have picked but didn’t…seem to go smoothly, it’s how existing in life works. Pick the best option, not the better one or tipping a game to brag about later with the ‘I told You so’ in mind while Your typing on the sites comment section, so as to heighten the chances of luck and just be hopeful it works in Your favor.

I kind of get what you’re saying but its not just about luck. People can go back on their initial tips for loads of reasons. Maybe a star player is carrying an injury, maybe the weather is awful etc.
I would rather someone highlight a tip and go back on it if some fresh info is available rather than just letting it run because you initially tipped it

Looking closely at tonights fixtures, in my opinion it seems that the majority of the sides who would be considered to be favourites to qualify from the tie are away, (especially the early kos) where they would most likely to be happy with a draw and try to complete the job at home. With this in mind im going to take a bit of a punt on 4 draws in the early games and if I see any returns then go for the same in the later games. I would say beating them 3 teams at home is not so much of an achievement,Lazio probably have no care for this comp and Rennes and Celtic aren’t that good,Seville on the other had love this comp.
