It's the UEFA Conference League Final tonight and Crystal Palace are heavy favourites heading into the clash with Rayo Vallecano in Leipzig.

Premier League clubs have won this tournament twice in the last three years and the Eagles are looking to follow in the footsteps of Chelsea and West Ham by lifting the trophy.

But Spanish side Rayo Vallecano will be looking to upset the odds and get their hands on some silverware at the end of just their second-ever European campaign.

Crystal Palace vs Rayo Vallecano top betting tips

Last year's Conference League Final was another England v Spain match-up and Chelsea ended up having too much quality for Real Betis, winning 4-1.

The bookies think that trend will continue tonight, with Crystal Palace just 9/20 to get their hands on the trophy and Rayo Vallecano 17/10 at BOYLESports in the same market.

But backing Oliver Glasner's men to win inside 90 minutes pays a decent 19/20 at Betfred and adding on under 4.5 goals boosts the odds to 6/5 at SkyBet.

The Eagles look to have far more firepower in attack and Jean-Philippe Mateta will be out to impress in what could be his last game for the club.

The powerful Frenchman is a handful for any defence and looks good for a goal or assist at 21/20 with BetMGM.

Independiente Valle vs Rosario Central

There's more late-night Copa Libertadores action as Group H comes to a conclusion with a clash between the top two.

Both Independiente Valle and Rosario Central have already qualified for the last 16 and the only thing to be decided tonight is who ends up topping the group.

The Argentines are three points ahead of their Ecuadorian hosts and Independiente need to win 3-0 to knock them off the summit.

That seems unlikely given Rosario Central have yet to concede in their five games so far, including a 0-0 stalemate with Independiente Valle in Argentina.

But the Ecuadorians have been involved in some thrillers at home in this group, beating Universidad Central 3-1 then thrashing Libertad 4-1.

With the pressure off tonight, both teams can relax a little so BTTS could offer some value at 19/20 with Bet365 while the same firm offer 23/20 on over 2.5 goals.

Libertad vs Universidad Central

The other game in Group H tonight is even more of a dead rubber as rock-bottom Libertad host Universidad Central in Asuncion.

The Paraguayans have lost all their games so far while the Venezuelans have nothing to play for as they're already assured of third place and a spot in the Copa Sudamericana.

Even though Libertad have been woeful in this group, they're hot favourites tonight at just 21/50 with Bet365, while Universidad Central are as big as 15/2 with BetMGM.

This is a hard one to call as both managers could easily field shadow sides. It might be a total non-event, so I'm going for under 2.5 goals at 6/5 with Betfred.
