Slipstips Bet Builder Tips

SlipsTips shares a Bet Builder ahead of Leeds’ clash with Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

Leeds vs Manchester United (Sun, 12:30)

The first fixture from Sunday’s bumper Premier League card will see Leeds United and Manchester United renew hostilities at Elland Road.

Leeds will be looking to build on the 0-0 draw they earned at Liverpool last time out, while Man United will be aiming to bounce back from a 1-1 draw with Wolves earlier this week.

I’ve already covered this showdown in a separate match preview, but I’m now going to propose a three-legged Bet Builder.

But before that, let's take a closer look at a special promo offer from our friends at Parimatch.

Jayden Bogle To Commit 1+ Foul

For the first instalment of the bet builder, I’m keen to back Jayden Bogle to commit a minimum of one foul. The Leeds defender has committed an average of 1.03 fouls per game in the Premier League this season. A closer look shows that Bogle has fallen foul of the match official on at least one occasion in 13 of the 18 top-flight matches in which he has been named in the starting XI this season.

It’s also worth noting that the 25-year-old has already picked up 4 bookings in the Premier League this term, including two across Leeds’ previous four home games.

The likelihood of Bogle being in direct battle with Matheus Cunha adds further weight to this selection.

Matheus Cunha To Be Fouled Once or More

With Bogle likely to be up against Cunha, it makes sense to back the Man United forward to be fouled once more during this contest. The Red Devils forward has proven to be very adept at earning his side free-kicks this term, with the Brazilian being brought down an average of 2.23 times per game when on Premier League duty this season.

In fact, the 26-year-old has been fouled in all but three of his 16 top-flight appearances this season, including 12 of his previous 13, and that trend looks set to continue in a fixture where sparks tend to fly.

Matheus Cunha 2+ Shots

I’m sticking with Cunha for the final leg of the Bet Builder, backing him to attempt 2 or more shots at Elland Road on Sunday. The Manchester United ace has proven to be a real shots machine in the Premier League this season, averaging a whopping 3.87 efforts per game. Moreover, Cunha has registered 2 or more attempts in 11 of his last 12 top-flight outings, racking up an eye-catching 8 shots during the Red Devils’ recent 4-4 draw with Bournemouth.

Now set to come up against a Leeds side that are giving up an average of 11.64 shots per game in the Premier League this season, all the signs point towards a minimum of 2 efforts from Cunha at Elland Road on Sunday.

Combined, the above player-based selections provide good value at 10/11 with bet365.

Recommended Bet

  • Jayden Bogle To Commit 1+ Foul
  • Matheus Cunha To Be Fouled Once More
  • Matheus Cunha 2+ Shots
  • Bet Builder – 10/11 (bet365)
