Newcastle and Fulham will battle for a place in the EFL Cup semi-finals at St James’ Park on Wednesday night.
Eddie Howe’s side have already seen off Bradford and Tottenham to reach this stage, while Marco Silva’s men have progressed through ties with Bristol City, Cambridge United, and Wycombe.
The two teams come into this quarter-final on the back of contrasting Premier League results.
Newcastle suffered a 1-0 defeat to rivals Sunderland, whereas Fulham secured a 3-2 win away at Burnley.
