Liverpool smashed six past LASK in midweek but now face a tougher task away from home against Premier League high fliers Liverpool today.
The Bees sit fourth in the table, a point ahead of the Anfield giants, and have dished out 3-0 beatings to Spurs and Chelsea at the Gtech Stadium already this season.
So this is a major test of mettle for Andoni Iraola's side, although the Reds will have taken heart from their 6-3 Champions League victory in Austria.
Brentford vs Liverpool top betting tips
Liverpool remain a work in progress under Iraola and the new manager's biggest issue is fixing a leaky defence.
They've shipped three goals in each of their last two matches and continue to look particularly vulnerable in the full-back areas.
Brentford have been scoring freely at home and that's probably why Bet365 make them 7/5 favourites today, with Liverpool at 17/10.
Igor Thiago was a goal machine for the Bees last season but has only netted twice in eight appearances so far this term.
He should get chances against Iraola's unconvincing defence and the Brazilian is a tempting 5/4 for over 1.5 shots on target.
Everton vs Chelsea
Everton are unbeaten so far in the Premier League but that record could end this afternoon when they take on free-scoring Chelsea.
There was a lot of doom and gloom on the blue side of Merseyside after an unproductive summer window, with David Moyes particularly short on bodies in attack.
But the canny Scot has made his Toffees side hard to beat and they've collected two wins and four draws from their first six matches in the Premier League.
Everton have yet to face one of the real big hitters though and their defence will be severely tested by a Blues side who have netted 15 times across their six games.
Xabi Alonso's men have also conceded 13 times but I fancy them to come out on top today at a decent price of 11/10.
Cole Palmer has impressed under new boss Alonso and the playmaker is 10/3 to add to his tally of three Premier League assists this term.
Dundee vs Rangers
Rangers are flying under Derek McInnes and can return to the top of the SPFL Premiership if they make it eight successive wins in all competitions away to Dundee tonight.
The Ibrox side hit the summit for a day last weekend before Celtic jumped back above them with a victory on the road in Motherwell.
Fourth-placed Dundee should give Rangers a decent game but Steven Pressley has an injury-hit squad so I'd be surprised if they sprang a shock.
The away win pays just 19/50 at Bet365 but there's more value in backing in-form striker Ryan Naderi to score at evens.
The German scored a double at home to Kilmarnock last Saturday and also hit the winner in their derby victory at Celtic Park.
The Dark Blues should have a go and backing over 3.5 Dundee corners also stands a chance at 5/4. That bet has landed in their last two games with Rangers at Dens Park.
