The upcoming La Liga round will be crucial in the battle for survival, especially on Saturday, when six of the seven teams at the bottom of the table will be in action.
Several teams have a chance to pull away from the relegation zone if they win their matches, while a loss would send them into deep trouble. For good measure, we also have a clash between Espanyol and Getafe, who are aiming for a late push into the race for European qualification.
Saturday’s La Liga clashes present a wealth of opportunities, and you can find our expert tips and predictions below.
Today’s La Liga betting tips & predictions
Elche vs. Mallorca (1pm)
Elche and Mallorca meet in a critical clash for survival, as the gap between the two teams is just two points. With 10 rounds remaining, the outcome of this match could prove decisive at the end of the season.
The teams are in similar form, but Mallorca have at least secured three wins in 2026, while Elche have yet to secure three points from a single outing.
Interestingly, both sides have been scoring more goals lately, despite losing most games, so the most logical bet for us in a match of such great importance is Both Teams to Score.

Espanyol vs. Getafe (3:15pm)
Espanyol and Getafe were at opposite ends of the table at the start of the year, and now they are separated by just two points.
Getafe remain one of the two lowest-scoring teams in the league, but they have secured four wins in their last six matches. Espanyol haven’t won since December, with their only saving grace being that they score in almost every game.
Here, however, it will be very difficult for them, as Getafe are known for their strong defence. We expect another match with under 2.5 goals between these teams, after the last five H2Hs featured a single goal each.
Espanyol vs. Getafe top betting tip: Under 2.5 goals
Levante vs. Oviedo (5:30pm)
This is the ultimate relegation clash, as Levante and Real Oviedo sit in the last two places. With 10 rounds remaining, the three points from this clash could be the difference between staying in the top flight and getting relegated.
Both teams have shown slight improvement in recent weeks, recording one win and several
draws each. However, Real Oviedo remain the team with the fewest goals scored this season, and the gap between them and every other team is huge.
Levante won the reverse clash and are quite likely to repeat that success at home.
However, we won’t take that risk, but instead, we’ll try an under 2.5 bet, as has happened in four of the last five H2Hs.
Levante vs. Oviedo top betting tip: Under 2.5 goals
Osasuna vs. Girona (5:30pm)
Osasuna and Girona are still in the bottom half of the table, but they are closer to European qualification than to the relegation zone, and the three points from this match could propel them significantly upward.
At first glance, this match looks like a draw in the making. The teams are in similar form, having picked up quite a few points in recent weeks.
Osasuna are a formidable home side and haven’t lost in seven consecutive home games, while Girona have just one loss in their last seven away matches. What both teams have in common is that nearly every one of Osasuna’s home and Girona’s away games has featured goals at both ends.

Sevilla vs. Valencia (8pm)
We wrap up Saturday with a matchup that carried immense significance years ago and is now crucial for the survival of both sides.
The teams have had virtually identical seasons so far, and both have recently started to improve their form. Valencia have been particularly impressive on the road, and we can say they haven’t lost to Sevilla in five consecutive head-to-head matches.
Still, it’s quite difficult to beat Sevilla at Estadio Ramоn Sаnchez Pizjuаn, even in a season filled with problems, so we expect to see at least one goal from each team and a potential draw.
