Aiming to make it three straight wins and climb as high as seventh in the Premier League table, Fulham will welcome West Ham United to Craven Cottage on Wednesday.
After ending a three-game losing run with an FA Cup win over Stoke City and a 3-1 away triumph over Sunderland, the hosts met Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday and took all three points from a 2-1 victory.
The back-to-back wins leave Marco Silva’s side ninth on 40 points from 28 outings, only trailing eighth-placed Everton on goal difference and seventh-placed Brentford by three points.
Their visitors, meanwhile, head across London aiming to jump out of the relegation zone with a return to winning ways.
On the back of a seven-game run which produced four victories and just one defeat, the Irons failed to escape the bottom three on Saturday, losing 5-2 in a trip to Liverpool.
That kept them 18th, still sitting two points behind 17th-placed Nottingham Forest with 10 league games left to play.
How the bookies view it: Fulham favourites in home London derby
On the back of consecutive Premier League victories and three straight wins in all competitions, Fulham are given a clear edge and priced at 1/1 on Bet365.
West Ham United are priced at 27/10 to pull off a crucial win in their survival bid with the draw trading at 5/2 also on Bet365.
Head to head: Hosts looking for league double
West Ham United hold the upper hand in historical head to heads, winning 52 games to Fulham’s 35 while 25 have ended level.
Fulham did win the reverse fixture away from home in December, though, and will hope to complete a double over the Irons as they did in the 2023-24 Premier League season.
Players to watch: Wilson to continue talismanic season?
Harry Wilson is enjoying his best ever Premier League campaign this term, scoring nine goals and assisting six in 27 league appearances for Fulham.
He ended a five-game goal drought in the weekend’s win over Tottenham, after assisting away at Sunderland, and the Welsh international is priced at 21/20 on Bet365 to score or assist on Wednesday.
In the continued absence of prime booking candidate Sasa Lukic, Alex Iwobi and Sander Berge should again partner up in the Cottagers’ midfield, and we see the latter as more likely to pick up a card having been shown four this term with the Norway international priced at 10/3.
Predicted line-ups:
Fulham may be unchanged from the weekend’s win, if danger man Harry Wilson passes a fitness test, with midfielder Sasa Lukic and winger Kevin remaining sidelined.
West Ham United are without attacker Pablo through injury, while midfielder Freddie Potts will serve the final instalment of a suspension.
Fulham: Leno; Tete, Diop, Bassey, Sessegnon; Berge, Iwobi; Wilson, Smith Rowe, Bobb; Jimenez
West Ham United: Hermansen; Wan-Bissaka, Mavropanos, Disasi, Diouf; Soucek, Magassa; Bowen, Fernandes, Summerville; Castellanos
Anything else catch the eye?
Elsewhere, the Both Teams to Score market may be looked at in isolation at 8/13 on Bet365, given it has landed in 8 of Fulham's last 10 league games and in 57% of West Ham's away games this term.
In addition, Fulham have only failed to score once at home in the Premier League this season, while West Ham have only been shut out in 29% of their league away games despite their standing in the fight for survival.
