THE stage is set for a thrilling finale to the season at Stamford Bridge as Chelsea bid to secure Champions League football and Wolves seek the win that would secure a return to the Europa League.
It looked like the Blues might get the point they needed in midweek when they came from 4-1 down to threaten at draw a Anfield, only to be hit by a late sucker punch as Liverpool sealed a 5-3 win before lifting the Premier League trophy.

Wolves had the edge over Chelsea last season, drawing 1-1 at Stamford Bridge after a 2-1 triumph at Molineux, but were thrashed 5-2 at home when the Blues came calling earlier in this campaign (below).
Stamford Bridge hasn't been a happy hunting ground for Wolves, with Chelsea winning six on the trot there before that stalemate last term.
Players to watch
Tammy Abraham hit a hat-trick and an own goal at Molineux earlier this season but has since lost form, with Lampard (below) picking Olivier Giroud up top recently.
Despite that, Abraham heads the anytime scorer market at 29/20 with 888Sport while Giroud is a little longer at 8/5 with Bet365. But my money is going American winger Christian Pulisic after an electrifying display off the bench at Anfield.
