We will use a unit system for our stakes, allowing readers to set their own unit value that suits their own budget. For the sake of simplicity, for us, 1 unit = £1.

We will continue to transparently track our progress as far as we go on the path to 1,000, but will refresh our main tracking stake back to the starting point every time we surpass 100 units – a 10x ROI.

For the sake of consistency, all tips are placed using odds from bet365. It worth pointing out that with Bet365 we can paid out if our selection goes into a lead by two or more goals.

Arsenal and Manchester Utd got the business done for us on Sunday afternoon as we move to bet 5.

Bet 5 – Rochdale vs Brackley Town – Tuesday 3rd February at 19:45 & Bournemouth vs Brentford at 19:30pm

Rochdale host Brackley Town in the National League on Tuesday night with a clear statistical edge.

Rochdale are W26-D4-L4 overall and W14-D1-L2 at home, conceding just 10 goals in 17 matches at Spotland. They have won 15 of 17 home xG battles and across the last eight matches average 1.84 xG and only 0.39 xGA, collecting 20.2 xPTS and 20 actual points. Defensive control has been consistent, with just one big chance conceded in that recent spell.

Brackley are W9-D9-L15 overall and W3-D5-L8 away, scoring only 15 goals on the road. They have not faced any of the top six away and arrive with one win in eight and three straight defeats. Against one of the league’s strongest home sides, that gap is significant.

There is strong support for at least two goals in Bournemouth vs Brentford when combining trends with underlying data.

Brentford’s away profile is clear. Thirteen of 14 away games have seen at least two goals, with 50% producing three or more, averaging 3.21 total goals. They average 1.53 NPxG and concede 1.21 NPxGA, while allowing 12.92 shots per match, so their games rarely stay tight.

Bournemouth post 1.58 NPxG and concede 1.56 NPxGA, pointing toward open contests. Their home fixtures average 2.57 goals, with 11 of 14 seeing at least two. The last six home games have seen both teams score and they have kept just three clean sheets in their last 19 Premier League matches.

Across the last eight games, only Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool have scored more goals than Bournemouth. That recent scoring output, combined with Brentford’s high scoring away trend, makes at least two total goals a strong expectation.

  • Bet: Rochdale to win & Bournemouth vs Brentford over 1.5 goals
  • Odds: 4/9
  • 33.48 units to return 47.74
