England head into their final Group L fixture knowing victory guarantees top spot and, on paper, a more favourable Round of 32 tie. Thomas Tuchel is expected to name his strongest available side, with Jude Bellingham, Bukayo Saka and Harry Kane all set to start.
The numbers underline England's dominance. They have generated 4.56 xG across their opening two matches, the second highest total in the tournament, while conceding just 0.44 xG per game, the best defensive record of any side. Their balance at both ends has been among the strongest in the competition.
Panama are already eliminated after two defeats. They have averaged only 0.64 xG per game while allowing 1.45 xG, highlighting the gap in quality despite their disciplined defensive approach.
The model projects 2.60 xG, only marginally above the 2.5-goal line. England should control the game, but Panama's limited attacking threat points towards a comfortable rather than high-scoring victory, making Under 6 goals a strong betting angle.
