Real Sociedad will look to continue their push towards European qualification as they welcome relegation-threatened Deportivo Alaves to the Reale Arena on Saturday afternoon in a fixture that appeals to me for goals.
Pellegrino Matarazzo’s visitors have scored 46 goals across their opening 30 La Liga fixtures this campaign, with 29 (63%) of them coming in front of their supporters.
La Real have blanked in just one of their opening 15 La Liga contests in front of their supporters this season – scoring 2+ goals in each of their last six and eight of their past 10 – and will be confident of adding to their impressive goal-tally against an Alaves defence that has kept just three clean sheets all season, shipping multiple goals in five of their past six.
Quique Sanchez Flores’s new side have scored 32 goals across their opening 30 clashes in the Spanish top flight this term, with 13 (41%) of them coming on their travels.
The Babazorros have made the net bulge in six of their last seven and 13 of their previous 17 La Liga outings – notching on multiple occasions in three of the past four and six of their previous 10 – and will look to continue their recent form in front of goal against a Sociedad defence that has also kept just three shutouts in La Liga this term.

Deportivo Alaves’s previous 17 La Liga fixtures this term have averaged 3.06 goals per game, with Over 2.5 Goals paying out in 10 (59%) of them, including in six of their previous nine on their travels.
