While that match is undoubtedly the headline act on Sunday, there are also other superstars in action, most notably Novak Djokovic and Jannik Sinner, who are both heavily favoured to make it through their respective matches.

Below, we provide three Wimbledon predictions ahead of play getting underway at lunchtime at SW19.

Jessica Pegula vs Iva Jovic – over 21.5 games (5/6)

Jessica Pegula vs Iva Jovic is a match that is perhaps going under the radar on Sunday, but it shouldn't, as it has all the ingredients to be one of the best matches at the Championships so far.

Pegula is one of the favourites to win the tournament, but there is no doubt that this is a potential banana skin for the world number one against a teenager with nothing to lose.

Pegula is in great form, winning all three of her matches so far in straight sets, while Jovic has had an excellent grass court season, losing just one of the seven matches she has played on the surface since the French Open.

It feels unlikely that either player will run away with this one, with two tight sets of 6-4, 7-5 covering this bet nicely, without the need for a third.

Hubert Hurkacz vs Jan-Lennard Struff – over 1.5 tie breaks (1/1)

Hubert Hurkacz was excellent in his comeback victory over Tommy Paul in the third round, and the Pole is now the favourite to make his second Wimbledon quarter-final.

One thing that has been common throughout the tournament for both Hurkacz and Struff has been the tie breaks. Across the last eight sets that Struff has played at the tournament, six have ended up being settled via a tie break.

While Hurkacz's rate isn't quite at that level, he has played at least one tie-breaker in each of his first three matches.

Naomi Osaka vs Aryna Sabalenka – 3 sets (5/4)

As mentioned earlier, Osaka vs Sabalenka is the standout match at Wimbledon on Sunday. Between them, the pair have picked up eight Grand Slam titles (four apiece), but neither woman has ever reigned supreme at SW19.

Both women have played brilliantly at the tournament this year, with neither one of them dropping set across the combined six matches they have played. It is the best Osaka has ever looked on grass, which will slightly concern Sabalenka.

It is the first time that the two women have ever met on grass, but Sabalenka dominates the H2H, winning five of their previous six encounters. Regardless of the outcome, this match should go the distance.
