IT looks like it'll be much quieter Christmas than expected in the world of football.
The Scottish Premiership has decide to bring forward it's winter break with games scheduled for Boxing Day being the last for a few weeks.
There could be similar discussions when mangers meet with the Premier League's bosses on Thursday to discuss the situation in England's top flight. 13 Football League matches have already been cancelled ahead of Boxing Day with more certain to follow. It's not looking good.
The next three days were always going to be quiet in any case, with a couple of games in the Dutch Eredivise being the only top flight matches in Europe tonight. Thankfully, Tolu has previewed both games below so good luck if you're following his tips.
There's no racing today either unfortunately so stick a movie on, wrap your presents and enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple!

I’ve just seen that Celtic are 10/11 to hit 7+ corners with Skybet. I think that’s a hugely generous price. It’s 1/2 or 4/7 everywhere else (and rightly so).
– Celtic are averaging over 9 corners away from home, hit 16 last game and are playing a horribly out of sorts St Johnstone.
– Celtic have hit 7+ in every away game except v Rangers.
This price will surely drop by the 26th, hence why I’m putting it on here early.

Ha ha, typo mate I dont know the overall success rate , but there is every chance that St Johnstone will sit back and defend . I think 15/8 for two early corners is a good price for any team playing at Perth .
