Fenerbahce vs Nottingham Forest (Thursday, 17:45)

Vitor Pereira begins his reign as Nottingham Forest head coach on Thursday evening, as he travels to one of his former employers, Fenerbahce, and I like the look of one of the hosts’ in-form players to provide a goal contribution.

Kerem Akturkoglu followed up his brace against Genclerbirligi by scoring one and providing another in their success away at Trabzonspor at the weekend.

The Turkish international also has four goals and an assist across his seven appearances in the Europa League this term, and the 11/8 on offer at William Hill for him to Score or Assist on Thursday night appeals to me.

Brann vs Bologna (Thursday, 17:45)

Bologna travel to Bergen to take on Brann, and unlike their last meeting at the Dell’Ara in the league phase in November, I’m expecting a high-scoring encounter.

The Rossoblu’s previous 12 away matches in all competitions have averaged an eye-catching 3.42 goals per game, with Over 2.5 Goals landing in 10 (83%) of them, including in each of their past three continental trips.

Over 2.5 Goals has also paid out in each of Brann’s last three and four of their past five European encounters at their Bergen base, and a repeat pays an appealing 11/10 at bet365.

Celtic vs VfB Stuttgart (Thursday, 20:00)

Celtic will look to make home advantage count as they welcome Bundesliga high-flyers Stuttgart to Celtic Park in a fixture that appeals to me for goals.

The Hoops’ eight Europa League fixtures have averaged an eye-catching 3.50 goals per game, with Over 2.5 Goals landing in each of their last six.

What’s more, three of Stuttgart’s last four Europa League fixtures have produced at least three strikes, and a repeat pays an appealing 3/4 at William Hill.
