The biggest date in American sports is upon us as the New England Patriots prepare to take on the Seattle Seahawks at Super Bowl LX.
Neither side was expected to be here at the beginning of the season, so it is a testament to the playing and coaching staff at both franchises that one of them will walk away with the Vince Lombardi trophy on Sunday.

Super Bowl LX betting tips
Hunter Henry to score a touchdown – 5/2
Much is being made of the Seahawks' defence ahead of the Super Bowl, but if there is one area where they struggle on this side of the field, it's covering tight ends. The Seahawks have allowed the fifth most catches to tight ends this season, so while they are excellent at rushing the quarterback and covering wide receivers, the Patriots should have some joy down the middle.
What's more, the Patriots do draw up a lot of plays for Henry in the red zone. Drake Maye has targeted Henry more times than anyone else in the red zone this season. In fact, only four players in the entire league have been targeted more often than Henry inside 20 yards.
AJ Barner to score a touchdown – 23/10
This could turn out to be a battle of the tight ends on Sunday, and we are also backing AJ Barner to score a touchdown. Like Henry for the Patriots, Barner is the Seahawks' most targeted player in the red zone this season (21%) so he is going to have his fair share of chances to get the ball into the end zone.
What's more, he is their chosen player in third/fourth and one situations. While a lot of teams use their QB for a QB sneak in these situations, the Seahawks use Barner, which means if they find themselves on the brink of the end zone, he is almost certainly going to be the man they turn to.
Under 40.5 points – 6/4
Both of these teams have proven throughout the season that they have the two best defences in the NFL, so this shouldn't be a high-scoring game on Sunday. Breaking the 41-point barrier feels like a stretch, especially as neither quarterback is a ‘star' or capable of crazy play-saving games.
During the postseason, the Patriots have conceded 26 points at an average of less than nine per game. Meanwhile, the Seahawks have conceded 36 across their last three matches at an average of 12 points per game. If both defences play to these averages, then we are going to finish the game well within the 40-point mark.
