The FA Cup action continues on Sunday and the pick of the fourth-round ties sees reeling Tottenham Hotspur head to Aston Villa.
Spurs were woeful at Anfield on Thursday night as they crashed out of the EFL Cup with a 4-0 defeat to Liverpool when they were just one step away from Wembley.
The prospect of winning silverware has been easing some of the pressure on Ange Postecoglou after a dismal run in the Premier League.
But if his side crash out of another knockout competition to Villa today, it could leave the Aussie on the canvas.
Aston Villa vs Tottenham Hotspur top betting tips
Unai Emery's side have had a full week to prepare for this cup tie, while Tottenham are a downer and will have some fatigue after chasing shadows at Anfield for long spells.
So it's no surprise to see Aston Villa as BoyleSports' 8/13 hot favourites for a win inside 90 minutes with home advantage. That doesn't offer much value, but adding on over 2.5 goals boosts the odds to 23/20.
BoyleSports is also offering the same price on Villa scoring in both halves and that appeals as well, with Spurs looking so shaky at the back.
With Ollie Watkins injured, new boy Donyell Malen should get the nod up front for Aston Villa. He has looked lively off the bench in recent weeks and is 9/4 for anytime scorer.
Plymouth Argyle vs Liverpool top betting tips
Arne Slot's relentless Liverpool side remain on track for an unprecedented quadruple after swatting aside Spurs to reach the EFL Cup final.
The Premier League leaders travel to Plymouth today in the FA Cup, and it's hard to see a shock when Argyle is propping up the Championship table.
But the Pilgrims knocked out top-flight Brentford with a 1-0 win on the road in the last round and Home Park will be packed as they bid to pull off an even bigger shock.
Slot will probably make some changes after that semi-final on Thursday night, especially with a Merseyside derby looming in midweek.
If Harvey Elliott gets the nod to start, the youngster looks good for anytime scorer at 2/1 with BoyleSports.
Plymouth will probably set up to frustrate and that makes over 8.5 Liverpool corners another good option at 7/5 after Slot's side won 14 flag kicks against Spurs on Thursday.
Blackburn Rovers vs Wolverhampton Wanderers top betting tips
There's always the potential for an FA Cup shock when a team flying high in the Championship takes on a team at the wrong end of the Premier League table.
So Blackburn Rovers will fancy their chances when Wolves come calling today, although BoyleSports make the Molineux men 1/3 favourites to go through.
That's probably because Wolves come into this game off the back of an excellent 2-0 win over Aston Villa, with Matheus Cunha shining once more.
The Brazilian will be a class above anything Rovers have faced in the Championship so he looks worth a punt at 11/8 for anytime scorer.
This one could be a bit spicy, and a double on midfield adversaries John Buckley and Andre going into the book pays 13/1 at BoyleSports.
Scottish Cup fifth round top betting tips
Aberdeen have gone 14 games without a victory in the SPFL Premiership but they did win at Elgin in the last round of the Scottish Cup and should be too strong for Dunfermline at Pittodrie today.
The Pars are struggling in the Championship so I fancy an Aberdeen win with under 3.5 goals, which pays 23/20 at BoyleSports.
Queen's Park makes a daunting trip to Ibrox, with Rangers starting to pick up a bit of form. The corner count could rack up for Philippe Clement's side and I like the 13/10 on offer at BoyleSports for over 3.5 Gers corners in each half.
Sunday's Super Singles
- Aston Villa to score in both halves 23/20 BoyleSports
- Over 8.5 Liverpool corners 7/5 BoyleSports
- Over 3.5 Rangers corners in each half 13/10 BoyleSports
Long shot
- Wolves' Andre and John Buckley of Blackburn to be carded 13/1 Bet365

There is also the little matter of the Super Bowl in the early hours of Monday morning. It's a tad late for casual viewers in the UK but there are plenty of betting opportunities, which our man TD Tips elaborates on.

🇩🇪 Bundesliga 2 12:30pm
Karlsruher v Eintracht Braunschweig
Karlsruhe playing today and it generally means goals…they’ve scored 39 & conceded 38 in 20 league matches.
17 of those 20 league outings have seen both sides net, 16 of those 17 have seen 3+ goals
Bit skinny for a single but I’ll use it towards another line later,in the meantime
BTTS & o2.5gls 19/20
3rd place Koln can go back to the top of the table win a home win over lowly Schalke. Only 2 teams have conceded more than Schalkes 39, Koln should be capable of notching twice today
Karlsruhe v E. Braunschweig BTTS & o2.5gls 19/20
Koln 2+ team goals 4/6
9/4 double
Terrible day yesterday, Newcastle was a push the rest was pish. Own goal landed at 9/1 in the Chelsea game so that saved me. If your not on own goals you should be. They keep landing.
What kinds of games are you targetting for own goals Macca?
All the FA Cup games, or do you have some criteria for picking them?
All the live English games on tv, Including the F.A Cup, the prices are better in the F.A Cup and there is more chance of one as teams rotate, unfamiliar defences etc etc. 9/1 in the Chelsea game I had a couple at 12/1 in the Championship and there has been a good few in the Prem League. Well worth doing.
You can even go next goal method In-play and get own goals at 25/1 with b365.
Main criteria would be where you know teams are going to be under the cosh, always gives viewing added spice.
Hi macca followed the own goals bet from when you put it up in the world cup games. I go go for games in the evening on tv this week have had Chelsea 9-1 Burnley 12-1 Chelsea 11-2 Middlesbrough 10-1 thanks very much mate.
Very useful.
Thanks Macca 👍
Well in David, glad your on them., been a fair few la.
Thanks macca was getting 10-1 in the premier league now lucky to get 6-1
Hannover 🇩🇪 (12.30pm)
Zurich 🇨🇭 (3.30pm)
Lecce 🇮🇹 (5.00pm)
Over 2.5 goals treble 4.8/1 ,
Goodluck……
Disappointing lack of goals in Bundesliga yesterday.
Today on this double. Holstein v Bochum is a 6 pointer for these bottom placed teams, whilst Holsteins form hasn’t been great Bochum have an awful away record and think Holstein should manage two goals against them, having recently scored 3 vs Bayern.
Anderlecht have been extremely leaky and think Antwerp will at least grab a goal here, reverse fixture last week finished 2-2.
-Double-
Holstein Kiel O1.5 TGls
Anderlecht v Antwerp – BTTS

Liverpool and Rangers games – Match goals
What’s happened to the Germans this weekend!? No goals at all :(
Another thing I noticed last night games in South America where home teams are starting off at 4/6 and ending up with red cards. There was a good few, didn’t look at the markets but they were all starting at a similar price, Costa Rica and Colombia were the firs two I noticed then there were a few more. Will have a look tonight and might post In play if I can get reds cards.

Awful odds, sometimes 1/5 for both teams to score and over 2.5mgl only for it to end 4-0,very hard now,the German game last night made my decision easy to make, break time, you pays your money, takes your choice….and I will leave the rest for people to decide,gl dude
Yep making it not worth betting at all. Bookies lowering odds so that the punter takes on even more risk.
Even with all the time invested doing research more than often counts for nothing,I know it’s a gamble as is investing but my returns on investing have faired not better but hell of alot better than gambling as they are in the plus and that’s with medium risk investments dude, gambling well less said even after good weeks
Your correct lads prices especially on goals are getting so so poor , I’ve massively reduced my stakes of late and doing it a lot more for the interest and less so to make a few quid.

Providing Cadiz don’t self combust should be a welcome full house
Liverpool prime example today, even with a changed team they should still have had enough about them to have got the job done against a struggling championship team
Napoli. Barca. Marseille. BTTS and win treble. 29/1 Boylesports 🤞
