SlipsTips shares a selection ahead of Crystal Palace’s clash with Ipswich in the Premier League this afternoon.
Crystal Palace vs Ipswich (Saturday, 15:00)
Crystal Palace will be looking to make it back-to-back Premier League wins when they welcome Ipswich to Selhurst Park on Saturday afternoon.
After opening the campaign with successive defeats, new Eagles boss Pierre Sage got off the mark at the third attempt with a thrilling 3-2 victory at Fulham last weekend.
Palace carried that momentum into the EFL Cup in midweek, cruising to a comfortable 3-0 win over Middlesbrough.
Ipswich, meanwhile, marked their top-flight return with a 2-1 victory over Sunderland, but have since been soundly beaten by both Manchester United and Liverpool.
The bookmakers make Palace odds-on favourites to collect another three points, though it is the foul markets that appeal more to me here.
Julio Enciso is the player who catches the eye, with William Hill offering 11/10 on the Paraguayan to be fouled at least twice.
Enciso has quickly established himself as something of a foul magnet since returning to the Premier League.
The Ipswich attacker has been brought down exactly twice in each of his three top-flight appearances this term.
That trend stretches further back, with Enciso averaging 1.47 fouls drawn per game during his time in Ligue 1 last term.
He also drew 2+ fouls in three of his five appearances for Paraguay at this summer’s World Cup, further highlighting his knack for winning free-kicks.
The 22-year-old could come into direct contact with Palace new boy Quinten Timber, who committed two fouls during last weekend’s 3-2 victory at Fulham.
With all that in mind, Enciso looks good value at 11/10 to be fouled at least twice at Selhurst Park on Saturday afternoon.
