Celtic head into the Old Firm derby with Rangers on Wednesday night looking for the victory that would send them to the summit of the Scottish Premiership.
While Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s side were held to a 3-3 draw by Ross County, the Hoops had to rely on a last-gasp Liel Abada goal to get over the line against Dundee United on Saturday.
That means only two points now separates Ange Postecoglou’s side and the reigning champions ahead of this mouthwatering midweek showdown at Celtic Park.
With both teams desperate to avoid defeat, Wednesday’s contest will be a difficult one to call despite their contrasting runs of form.
