We already see a number of bookmakers offering punters some great prizes for correctly guessing six scores in upcoming Premier League games.
Here are this week's selections.
Our Super 6 Scores challenge predictions
Liverpool vs Brighton
Liverpool have a record of W18-D3-L2 over the last 23 games at Anfield. Under new manager Arne Slot, it’s now 12 wins from 14 games in all competitions. Boasting the best xPTS and xGA at home, it’s going to be tough for the Seagulls. Brighton struggled at Chelsea with their high defensive line and the hosts have the pace to exploit that.
he visitors were very impressive at Newcastle, but did lose the xG battle. Brighton should put up a brave performance, but they are not at the same level as Liverpool.
- Score 2-1 at 8.0 with Skybet
Bournemouth vs Man City
Man City have won the last 15 meetings against Bournemouth by an aggregate score of 47 vs 8. The Cherries have improved under Andoni Iraola, winning nine of his 23 home fixtures, although the majority of these victories have been against the bottom half.
City won 26 of their last 32 Premier League games without defeat. It's hard to look past a City win, but they might not have it all their own way. Seven of the nine sides City have played in the Premier League this season have found the net.
- Score 1-3 at 11.0 with Skybet
Nottingham Forest vs West Ham
Forest have been excellent this season sitting seventh in the league standings. However, I have them 14th for home xPTS and West Ham sixteenth for away xPTS, so this might be a tighter game that some expect.
The hosts have only kept two home clean sheets under Nuno whilst the Hammers have scored in eight of their nine games this season. Forest games this season are averaging just 2.0 goals per fixture. West Ham are improving after a slow start. Forest will look to keep it tight and catch the Hammers on the counter attack.
- Score 1-1 at 6.5 with Skybet
Wolves vs Crystal Palace
Wolves games have averaged 4.11 goals this season, with both teams scoring in eight of the nine games. Palace are tenth for away xPTS and should be able to get onto the score sheet here. This is a big game for both sides, with the hosts failing to win a game this season and sitting just four points behind Palace. Both sides will be happy with a point each, and as the game progresses, we should see both sides settle for that.
- Score 2-2 at 12.0 with Skybet
Spurs vs Aston Villa
With only three clean sheets between these two sides from a combined 18 games this season, we should see goals. Both teams are averaging at least three match goals per fixture this term. Only Man City have averaged more shots on target than Spurs, but they have allowed 1.06 xGA so far this season. Both sides have plenty of attack minded players and we should see an open game.
- Score 2-2 at 11.0 with Skybet
Man Utd vs Chelsea
Utd sit 13th for home xPTS which is below both Palace and West Ham. Only five sides have conceded more shots in the box at home with Ipswich conceding fewer. Chelsea should be able to create plenty of opportunities. The Blues are averaging 2.11 goals this season whilst Utd have failed to score in half of their home games, keeping just one clean sheet, conceding seven goals.
- Score 1-3 at 17.0 with Skybet
The total odds for all six games is a massive 1,283,568 with Skybet, which may be worth a £1 stake for some fun, but I am keen to back Chelsea to beat Utd 3-1 and the 1-1 draw between Forest and West Ham which pays just over 110.50 with Skybet.
