Saturday’s Top Tips: Stuffy Livi Can Keep Celtic at Bay to Begin With

The return of European football means a reduce Premier League card today but no shortage of intrigue.

The Hoops haven’t been firing on all cylinders so far this season. In League Two Stranraer have a good record at home and are one of six teams who could be top of the table by this evening. They welcome a Forfar side who are still without a win (D4 L2) after six games. The hosts look overpriced at 13/10.
