BRISTOL CITY have already claimed one Premier League scalp in an FA Cup replay this season so they will be confident of pulling off another surprise when they face Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.
When the Robins dumped West Ham in the last round they did it on home soil but they'll have to beat Forest on the road after only managing a 0-0 draw when Nuno Espirito Santo's side came to Ashton Gate.
Nottingham Forest are perhaps a little lucky to still be in the FA Cup after needing a replay and extra-time to see off League One side Blackpool in the last round. I tipped them to win inside 90 minutes at Bloomfield Road but they let slip a 2-0 lead and had to rely on Chris Wood dumping the Seasiders in extra time.
Securing Premier League survival is the top priority for gaffer Santo this season and Sunday's battling 1-1 draw at AFC Bournemouth has left them just three points above the drop zone.
That could help Bristol City as the Championship side look to continue their FA Cup adventure but the Robins have gone off the boil a little since that rousing victory over the Hammers.
They drew their next three games then lost 1-0 at home to Leeds on Friday, a defeat that has left them sitting 14th, seven points off the play-off pace. Liam Manning needs another big win to spark their season into life so he'll be determined to dump Nottingham Forest out of the FA Cup.

With home advantage it's no great surprise to see Nottingham Forest as odds-on favourites at a best 8/15 with Bet365. Bristol City are as big as 11/2 at Betfred while the draw at 90 minutes pays 10/3 with Unibet.

There hasn't been much between these sides in recent years, with the last 13 meetings producing four wins apiece and five draws. It ended 2-0 to Nottingham Forest when these sides last faced off at the City Ground in 2022.
Players to watch
Morgan Gibbs-White is the creative spark for Nottingham Forest and will be key to breaking down Manning's defence. The playmaker is 100/30 at SkyBet to score a fourth goal of the season but an assist is more likely once that market is priced up.
Tommy Conway was Bristol City's hero against West Ham and looks their best bet for a goal in this one. The lively forward has eight goals this season and is 4/1 at Bet365 to add to that tally.
