That made it eight wins in a row against the Dons since a 1-1 draw at Pittodrie in 2021. You have to go back to 2018 for Aberdeen's last victory at Celtic Park, with Andy Considine scoring the only goal in the last game of that season.
Players to watch
The only positive Rodgers could take from the midweek mauling in Madrid was that he managed to get some star players off early to give them a breather, with Matt O'Riley and Luis Palma both substituted at the break. Honduran winger Palma has impressed since his summer arrival and his long-range shooting could be key in breaking down Aberdeen's five-man defence. He's 7/4 with BoyleSports for anytime scorer.
Bojan Miovski scored Aberdeen's goal in that defeat by Celtic earlier this season and also netted the winner last weekend to see off Hibs in the League Cup semi-final. The North Macedonia striker is 15/4 with Bet365 for another goal.
