Burnley vs Sheffield UnitedEnglish Premier League, KO: 15:00 Dec 2, 2023, Turf Moor
It is a battle of the newly promoted sides as Burnley host Sheffield United in a Premier League fixture on Saturday. Both teams have struggled this season but Burnley have looked a bit more put together than their visitors and should have the upper hand in front of their fans.
The rigours of topflight football is proving difficult for Burnley, who have picked up just one Premier League win so far. They have spent much of the campaign rooted to the bottom of the standings and are currently five points from safety.

The Blades are also coming off a defeat as they were beaten 3-1 by Bournemouth last time out in the Premier League. They struggled for much of the contest and fell three goals down before Oliver McBurnie grabbed an injury time consolation.
Sheffield United’s record on their travels has been abysmal this season as they are winless away from home so far. Paul Heckingbottom’s men have suffered some heavy defeats on the road like the 5-0 hammering at Arsenal, although they did earn a 1-1 draw at Brighton in their previous away fixture.
