ATLETICO MADRID face a huge challenge when they host Italian champions-elect and Champions League dark horses Inter Milan on Wednesday.
Simone Inzaghi's side are cantering to their 20th Serie A title having built up a lead of 16 points with ten games to go having lost just one league game all season.
It's been a procession and their recent form is outstanding. A 1-0 win away at high-flying Bologna at the weekend was their 13th win in a row in all competitions.
Included in that run was a 1-0 first leg lead in this Round of 16 clash at the San Siro and their success is built on a trademark rock solid Italian-style defence.
They have only conceded six goals away from home in 14 games and are unbeaten too so a trip to the Spanish capital shouldn't faze them.
However, Diego Simeone is a past master at finding a way to win and there will be a raucous atmosphere at the Metropolitan.
Atletico currently sit in fourth place in La Liga and are 14 points languishing behind city rivals Real Madrid. However, they have been excellent at home having won 13 and drawn once so far.
But their inconsistent side was summed up at the weekend when they slumped to a 2-0 defeat at lowly Cadiz.

This is a tricky one for punters on a number of fronts. Inter are clearly the better team with an outstanding recent record against a toiling Atletico side who have had a season to forget. They are also excellent travellers.
However, Inter don't need to win and for all their troubles, Atletico are very, very stromg at home. They have won their last seven games at home and have already seen off Italian opposition when they beat Lazio.
It points to Inter getting the draw they need to qualify.
