ARSENAL entertain Spurs at the Emirates on Sunday on what is one of the great English football derbies…and both sides badly need the win.
The Gunners appear to have turned the corner somewhat anyway after an appalling start to the season where they lost their first three league games of the season badly and failed to even score a goal.
The pressure was hugely on Mikel Arteta, but he's stopped talk of the sack…temporarily at least with back-to-back league wins against Norwich City and away at Burnley and added a League Cup win against AFC Wimbledon in for good measure.
In contrast, the wheels appear to have come off for new Spurs boss Nuno Espirito Santo after a fine start to the season where they beat champions Manchester City, after they were hammered 3-0 by Crystal Palace and Chelsea. The Chelsea defeat at home drew a low of criticism for their performance.
He did manage to defeat old club Wolves on a penalty shootout in midweek in the League Cup, but defeat here would leave him with serious questions to answer.

Such has been the change in fortunes of the side that you would have expected Spurs to be strong favourites here even a couple of weeks ago but it's the hosts who are good things at 13/10 with 10Bet. Tottenham can be backed at 5/2 with SportNation and the draw is 23/10 with SBK.

Players to watch
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang netted the winner against Norwich City and also scored a hat-trick in their League Cup win at West Brom. He was rested in midweek and will be a real danger for the hosts. He's 13/10 to net anytime with bet365.
There was no rest for Harry Kane in midweek and he played and scored at Wolves. But he's still waiting for his first league goal of the season and this would be the perfect place to get off the mark. He's also 13/10 with bet365 to score in north London.

Arsenal should be high on confidence after a recent upturn, while the opposite may be true of Spurs, who were not only hopeless against Chelsea, but seemed to be low on effort and commitment too worrying. Arsenal can continue their recent dominance over Spurs at the Emirates.
There were eight bookings in both of the last games between these sides with fans and even last season with no fans there was a red card showed, so there should be plenty of cards flashed by Arsenal hate figure Craig Pawson who was slaughtered by their fans for controversially sending off David Luiz and Bernd Leno against Wolves last season.
