The third week of the 2026 Premier League Darts takes place on Thursday night as the eight players make the journey to the OVO Hydro in Glasgow.
With two different weekly winners, two players without a win and Luke Littler yet to reach a weekly final, it is anyone's guess who will come out on top in Scotland as the participants jostle for a top-four spot.
Stephen Bunting vs. Gian van Veen
Although Stephen Bunting heads into this week's event without a win, the Liverpudlian has a running average of 98.64 and reached the final of Players Championship 3 on Monday.
Despite Van Veen beating Littler and reaching the final of week one, the Dutch debutant has struggled in the opening three PDC floor tournaments of the year.
While Van Veen is priced at 2/5, there is no value in those betting odds. Bunting is still available at 6/5 with a +1.5 leg handicap, and this feels like the obvious bet here.
MFT Tip: Bunting to win with +1.5 handicap (6/5)
Luke Humphries vs. Josh Rock
Having struggled with his grip in a heavy defeat to Michael van Gerwen last week, Josh Rock's 79.34 average in that contest should be ignored.
Nevertheless, the Northern Irishman is playing someone in Luke Humphries who has been back on the PDC ProTour this week, and the former world champion will only benefit from the extra game time.
If forced to predict a scoreline, we would be backing Humphries to win 6-3 (5/1). However, we are going to take a punt of Humphries hitting the most 180s, the highest checkout and to win the match.
Humphries has already hit 12 maximums in three matches, while his doubling percentage has only been undone by his struggles when having three darts in hand, rather than his combination finishing.
MFT Tip: Humphries to hit most 180s, highest checkout and to win the match (7/2)
Michael van Gerwen vs. Luke Littler
Having reached consecutive finals, Van Gerwen has been the star of this year's Premier League thus far, and the pressure is already off with a mammoth six-point lead between himself and fifth place.
Furthermore, MVG got the better of Littler in last week's semi-finals. However, it remains to be seen whether he will benefit from missing this week's Players Championship double-header.
Littler was again missing from the floor tournaments at a time when he is yet to get out of first gear in the Premier League. Nevertheless, his running average remains 99.18, his double ratio is 35% and he has hit 12 180s in three matches.
Some bookmakers are offering Van Gerwen at a massive 9/4 to win this match. However, we see Littler winning 6-4 (5/1) or 6-5 (6-1), so backing total legs over 9.5 at betting odds of just above Evens may be the safe way to go.
MFT Tip: Total legs over 9.5 (5/4)
Jonny Clayton vs. Gerwyn Price
While the two Welshman are relatively well-matched, Gerwyn Price has incredibly won the last 10 encounters between the pair.
That means there is value in a 4/7 win for Price, yet it should be noted that Clayton's biggest losing margin in his last four encounters with his compatriot is a 6-4 defeat. He also lost 6-5 to Price in last week's semi-finals.
Clayton has the second highest running average in this year's Premier League at 100.15 with a checkout percentage of 46..67%. Given that a 6-5 scoreline either way would not be a surprise, we are backing Clayton with a +1.5 handicap.
MFT Tip: Clayton to win with +1.5 handicap (8/11)
Value bets for Premier League Darts Week Three
Week three's fixtures are the most difficult to predict thus far, and we would advise only a small bet on any accumulators.
However, a Bunting, Humphries, Littler and Clayton four-fold is available at betting odds of at least 13/1.
