Tonight's NBA schedule brings us a lot of games, so there's plenty of options for betting as well to consider. With that in mind, I'll take a closer look at some of these games to provide you with my NBA betting tips for today:

Cleveland Cavaliers vs Milwaukee Bucks: Cavs to win with handicap (-5.5) @ 4/6

Things aren't great in Milwaukee at the moment since the Bucks are now on a five-game losing streak and the last of those losses came against the Cavaliers. While the Bucks were close in that game and Cleveland needed a last-second bucket by Donovan Mitchell to win, it was still another loss for Milwaukee that furthers their crisis and there are already rumours about their starts being discontent and wanting out.

That aside, the Cavs will now host the match and the Bucks remain without Khris Middleton, an important part of the team's rotation, so I expect to see another great performance from the Cavs, who are the only undefeated team in the league next to OKC right now. Still, I decided to go with an alternative handicap of 5.5 for one of my NBA picks tonight, just to stay on the safe side.

Oklahoma City Thunder vs Orlando Magic: Magic under 102.5 total points @ 5/6

The Thunder look like a true championship contender at the moment as they look to extend their winning streak to seven to start the season, which will most likely happen tonight against the short-handed Magic. Orlando is trying to find a way to compete without their star Paolo Banchero, who's out for at least a month, but they have lost both of their games since Banchero went down.

While Magic lost to the Cavs and the Mavs away from home, which wouldn't be a surprise even with Banchero in the team, they are about to have another tough road game. The Thunder are the best defensive team in the league, allowing just 98.6 points per game to their opponents, while the Magic have so far scored just 107.9 points per game, which puts them among the bottom five teams in this category.

All this considered, I can't see the Magic scoring 103 points this evening, which is my second NBA prediction for today.

Phoenix Suns vs Philadelphia 76ers: Suns to win with handicap (-7) @ 9/10

The final of my NBA betting tips for tonight is for the game between the Suns and the 76ers, where I expect the home team to win by eight or more points. There's no need for too long of analysis here since the 76ers will once again be without Joel Embiid, while Paul George is a game-time decision.

In any case, the 76ers are looking like a lottery team without Embiid, which is hardly surprising, and they enter this match with a 1-4 record. Meanwhile, the Suns are 5-1 and they will also have the home-court advantage, so I expect them to secure the win tonight, in a convincing manner.
