Ross County have endured a dreadful time after two relegations in a row, but there are plenty of signs they are getting their act together.

And they look a solid bet at 5/6 with McBookie.com to win at Airdrie.

The Staggies were pre-season favourites last season in the Championship, but somehow managed to get relegated.

They are favourites again this season in League One, but this time they look worthy jollies.

County are packed full of players who have played at higher levels and they have started this campaign in superb style.

They have won seven matches and drawn once so far in all competitions and that draw was against Premiership Dundee.

Last week, they went to Scottish Cup finalists Dunfermline and knocked them out of the Premier Sports Cup.

They face an Airdrie side who were also relegated from the Championship, but look weakened as last week's hammering at local rivals Hamilton Accies proved.

And the Dungwall men can keep their run going.

Montrose vs East Kilbride predictions

East Kilbride have been a revelation in League One and if McBookie.com's  5/6 lasts on them winn

ing at Montrose, it has to be snapped up.

The Lanarkshire side are this season's great entertainers – seven of their eight games have seen over 2.5 goals in them and they seem to love to attack at will, which makes for plenty of goals.

Two wins and a draw have been a great start to their league campaign after their promotion and, although they are much better in their K-Park home, they should have too much for a Montrose side who look to be in deep trouble already.

Three defeats in a row in the league tells its own story and that was despite stunning Dundee United in the Premier Sports Cup on the first day of the season.

And Mick Kennedy's side can continue their winning ways.

Queen's Park vs Stenhousemuir predictions

Stenhousemuir look overpriced at 9/4 with McBookie.com for their visit to Queen's Park.

Marvin Bartley's men took the headlines and the plaudits last week after beating Motherwell at Ochilview in extra time in the Premier Sports Cup.

Well have been praised to the hilt this season so this was a terrific win for Stenny.

They are playing in the second tier for the first time in 52 years but are clearly no mugs and have held their own so far.

Queen's Park have lost their opening two games in the Championship and Stenhousemuir should be full of confidence for their visit to Lesser Hampden,
