Rotherham staved off relegation with a victory on Easter Monday and could delay the inevitable further a win over fellow strugglers Plymouth Argyle tonight.
Argyle called time on manager Ian Foster’s time in charge after defeat on Monday, their eighth in 11 games. Director of Football, Neil Dewsnip, has stepped in to the role in the interim alongside first-team coach Kevin Nancekivell.
The Pilgrims are perilously close to the drop zone, just one about the bottom three with six matches to go. There is no room for error.
The picture is even bleaker for the Millers who need a miracle to avoid the drop. Their win on Monday was too little too late but they might’ve got a taste for it and with their fate almost sealed could go out and enjoy themselves again this evening.
They were unlucky to lose when the sides met in December. With Rotherham down to ten men, it took a 96th minute winner for Argyle to nick the points.

Can sometimes be the wrong choice doubling things up and relying on two games to land but think these should see a few goals between them.
