Sunday’s Football Bet of the Day sees me remain in the goal-laden German 3. Liga, and I’ve highlighted another fixture that appeals to me for goals.

Two clubs at the wrong end of the German 3. Liga table meet at the Eilenriedestadion on Sunday lunchtime as 19th-placed Havelse hosts 16th-placed Alemannia Aachen in a fixture that appeals to me for goals.
Samir Ferchichi’s hosts have scored 24 goals across their opening 18 matches in the 3. Liga this term, with 11 (46%) of them coming in front of their supporters.
Despite their position, The Pelikans have failed to score in just one of their previous 14 league outings – striking two or more goals in three of their last four – and will look to continue their knack of finding the back of the net against an Alemannia Aachen backline that has kept just one clean sheet across their last 17 league outings.
Mersad Selimbegovic’s visitors have scored 27 goals across their opening 18 encounters in the German third tier, with an impressive 19 (70%) of them coming on their travels.
The potato beetles have made the net bulge in eight of their previous eight league outings on the road – notching on multiple occasions in six (75%) of them coming – and will be confident of continuing their fine goal-scoring record away from home against a Halverse defence that is without a clean sheet since the opening day of the season, shipping 39 goals.

Alemannia Aachen’s previous eight away matches in the 3. Liga have been goal-crazy, averaging a whopping 4.25 goals per game – with Both Teams to Score & Over 2.5 Goals landing in all eight (100%) of them (3-2, 1-2, 5-1, 2-3, 2-1, 3-1, 1-3 & 2-2) – and I’m expecting the goals to flow in Lower Saxony on Sunday.
