Looking to return to winning ways after falling a goal short at Elland Road on Sunday, Tuesday’s Football Bet of the Day sees me head to the Scottish Premiership, and I’ve highlighted a goals-based selection in one of the fixtures.

Bottom side Livingston will aim to move within one point of 11th-placed Kilmarnock as they welcome 10th-placed St Mirren to Almondvale tonight in a fixture that appeals to me for goals.
David Martindale’s hosts have scored 20 goals across their opening 20 matches back in the Scottish top flight, with 13 (65%) of them coming in front of their supporters.
Livi have found the back of the net in all but one of their nine league outings on home soil this term – notching on multiple occasions in three of their last five – and will look to breach a St Mirren defence that is yet to keep a clean sheet on their travels this season, shipping two or more goals in each of their past six.
Stephen Robinson’s visitors have scored 16 goals across their opening 19 Premiership fixtures this campaign, with nine (56%) of them coming on their travels.
The Buddies have found the back of the net in six of their previous eight away matches in the Premiership, and will look to trouble a Livingston defence that has yet to keep a clean sheet at home in the Premiership this season, shipping multiple goals in seven of their previous eight.
