After seeing our three-bet winning streak put on hold following Wednesday’s postponement at Pittodrie, Saturday’s Football Bet of the Day sees me head to La Liga, and I’ve highlighted a goals-based selection in one of the fixtures.

Two clubs separated only by four points in the La Liga table meet at the Reale Arena on Saturday night as resurgent Real Sociedad plays host to newly-promoted Elche in what promises to be an entertaining affair.
Pellegrino Matarazzo’s in-form hosts have scored 30 goals across their opening 22 La Liga fixtures this campaign, with 18 (60%) of them coming in front of their supporters.
La Real have failed to score in just three of those 22 La Liga contests – notching on multiple occasions in five of their past seven at home – and will be confident of breaching an Elche defence that has yet to register a clean sheet on their travels this term, shipping 2+ goals in 5/10 (50%) of them.
Eder Sarabia’s visitors have also scored 30 goals across their opening 22 La Liga encounters this term, with 10 (30%) of them coming on their travels.
Los Franjiverdes have only failed to score in three of their matches since their return to the Spanish top flight – scoring two or more goals in five of their last 10 – and will look to continue their impressive goal-scoring record against a Real Sociedad backline that has recorded a solitary shutout in La Liga this season.

What’s more, Both Teams to Score landed in the reverse fixture in November, and I like the look of both of these entertaining sides to find the target in San Sebastien on Saturday night.
